Requests and client access
Submitted requests are stored in the website’s database. Client access is provided through a separate Trucker Digital portal. Requests submitted through the public website forms are not linked to a client account and do not appear in the separate client portal's request history. Registration through the website is a request for services, not a paid subscription.
Assessments
The guided website and marketing assessments calculate suggestions in your browser from your answers. They do not scan your website. Answers are not sent to us unless you separately choose to include them in a contact request. Downloaded summaries are saved on your device.
Hosting and service providers
Website hosting, client account access and request processing use infrastructure and service providers associated with Trucker Digital. Transactional email may be processed by our email delivery provider. These services can process information necessary to deliver messages, handle requests and maintain access to client services. To limit automated abuse, the application stores hashed account, email or network identifiers with request counters. These are used for security, not advertising. We do not sell submitted inquiry details or use advertising trackers in this version of the website.

We keep inquiry and support records as needed to handle requests, manage services and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. You can ask about access, correction or deletion of your information using the contact form or phone number. We may need to verify your identity and may need to retain records where required.
