Quotes and project scope
Package prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Your written proposal confirms the authorized work, deliverables, timing, payment schedule and costs, including any third-party charges. Sending an inquiry or registration form does not purchase a service or create a paid subscription.
Website packages
Packages include the stated page count, mailbox allowance and monthly change time. The build includes two agreed review rounds using accurate business information and assets you are authorized to provide. Original photography, substantial copywriting, integrations, additional features and extra pages need a separate scope.
Monthly care and changes
Website-package care starts at launch; standalone hosting and care start on the agreed service date. Each covers the services described in your plan. Included change time is for minor content updates, expires each month and does not roll over. New functionality, redesigns and work beyond the allowance are quoted before proceeding. Support hours and response arrangements are confirmed in your proposal.
Ownership and access
Your domain should be registered in your business name. Agreed website deliverables and access transfer after the build is paid in full, subject to software, font, stock-image and other third-party licenses. You remain responsible for the accuracy and rights to the materials you supply.
Third-party costs and marketing
Domain fees, advertising spend, premium email or software upgrades, and other separately identified services are additional. Search rankings, traffic, leads, load bookings and revenue cannot be guaranteed. Advertising accounts and budgets are agreed before a campaign begins.
Cancellation and handover
Hosting, care and marketing services are offered on a rolling monthly basis with 30 days’ notice, unless your written proposal states otherwise. The agreed build fee remains payable. We plan the handover before hosting or email services end. Separate third-party subscriptions may have different terms. Refund and project-cancellation arrangements are confirmed in the proposal before work starts.
