The business behind the brief

Alder Creek Cold Freight is a fictional owner-operated refrigerated carrier, created to demonstrate a practical website for a specialist trucking business.

The design brief

Create a clear, credible first impression for a small refrigerated carrier. Help food producers and freight partners understand the service and provide the details needed for an availability conversation.

What we designed

  • Created a geometric Alder Creek identity with an ice-blue and deep-petrol color palette.
  • Composed a split photographic opening, precise typography and a clear hierarchy for refrigerated freight.
  • Built accessible Fresh & chilled, Frozen and Repeat lanes selectors to explain different shipment requirements.
  • Designed a responsive availability inquiry with pickup, delivery, temperature and product details.
Mobile version of Alder Creek Cold Freight

Built for the small screen, too.

Readable service information, a usable menu and an inquiry form that works on a phone.

Included in this concept

  • Custom vector brand identity
  • Responsive carrier website
  • Accessible freight selector
  • Temperature-aware sample inquiry
  • Mobile navigation and form layout

The finished work

A refrigerated-carrier website concept showing how shipment temperatures, pickup and delivery locations, product details and service information can fit into one inquiry flow. The design includes layouts for desktop and mobile, with a sample form illustrating how customers could describe their freight requirements.

This is a demonstration of our design work, not a client endorsement. Sample forms do not submit or book freight. Industry photographs are used illustratively.
