Google Ads for trucking companies.

Reach people searching for your trucking services. We build and manage a focused Google Search campaign, with a clear monthly fee and a separate advertising budget.

One campaign. A clear purpose.

Choose the inquiry you want before choosing the ads. A shipper requesting transport and a driver looking for work need different messages and different next steps. We scope one campaign around an agreed audience or goal, so the budget and the response are easier to understand. Search terms also need careful interpretation. Someone researching trucking company registration may not be looking to hire a carrier, while a shipping manager searching for a refrigerated freight provider may have a more relevant commercial requirement. Service-specific keywords, geographic targeting and negative keywords help distinguish useful searches from unrelated activity. Campaigns should reflect the lanes, equipment or services the business actually offers, rather than targeting every transportation-related phrase. Budget decisions depend partly on the cost of relevant clicks, expected inquiry quality and available capacity. A click does not establish that an inquiry is qualified. Call and form records, when reliable tracking is available, can help compare campaign activity with the contacts received. Search-term reviews can also identify irrelevant queries that are consuming budget.

Your website also needs to support that goal. Before launch, we review where visitors will land, how they can contact you and what tracking is available. If the page needs additional work, we explain the requirement and provide a separate scope before adding it to the project.

Campaign setup and management

Search research and targeting

We research relevant searches and agree the locations and audience for one Google Search campaign, based on the service or opportunity you are promoting.

Campaign ad copy

Ads describe the approved offer and direct visitors toward the agreed action. You confirm business claims, service details and any recruitment information before launch.

Tracking and adjustments

We review conversion tracking where technically available, monitor search terms and adjust the campaign within its agreed scope and monthly advertising budget.

Monthly campaign report

See advertising spend and the measurements available, including recorded inquiries where tracking supports them. Your feedback helps distinguish useful contacts from unsuitable responses.

Agree the budget before launch

We confirm your objective, offer and campaign budget, then review the advertising account and destination page. The proposal separates setup, ongoing management and media spend. You can see what each part costs and what the campaign is intended to achieve. We also agree who receives the inquiries, so your team knows where to look for new contacts.

Once the campaign is approved and running, we review its activity and make adjustments. Tell us which inquiries become suitable customers or candidates. That business feedback adds context to clicks and form submissions, helping us assess the campaign against the original objective.

Before we start

Is advertising spend included?

No. You pay Google directly. The management plan covers up to $2,000 in monthly ad spend; larger budgets, other advertising platforms and new landing pages require a separate quote.

Can you run driver recruitment ads?

Yes, we can scope a recruitment campaign under the applicable platform rules. We agree the offer and inquiry process first. Ad approval, applications, sales and other outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Plan your next campaign

Tell us the audience you want to reach and your budget. We will help define the campaign.
