Business email for your company.
Use your company domain for dispatch, billing and team email. We set up the agreed mailboxes and help you connect them to the devices you use.
Company email that fits the way you work

A dedicated company address gives dispatch, billing and customer conversations a consistent point of contact. We help you decide which addresses need their own mailbox and which could work as aliases or shared addresses, depending on the chosen provider. For a small carrier, dispatch@, billing@ and safety@ may serve different purposes, but they do not necessarily require three separate paid user accounts. An alias can direct messages to an existing mailbox, while a shared mailbox may allow several authorized employees to manage the same conversations. The available options depend on your email platform and licensing. The domain also needs appropriate mail routing and authentication records, commonly including MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC. These settings route email and help receiving systems authenticate messages. The business should retain administrative access and appropriate recovery methods, particularly when dispatch or billing staff change.
The setup service covers up to two new mailboxes. Before work begins, we confirm the platform, storage, supported devices and any subscription costs. If you already use business email, we review the existing arrangement before recommending a change or quoting to move your messages.
Your email setup, explained clearly
New business mailboxes
Configuration of up to two new mailboxes at your company domain. We agree the addresses and who will use each account before making the setup changes.
Domain connection
We connect the chosen email service to the domain you control and configure provider-supported authentication settings. Website and email requirements are reviewed together when domain records change.
Access on agreed devices
Setup guidance for the devices or email apps included in your scope. We confirm what the selected provider supports so your team knows how to access its accounts.
Account and recovery guidance
Guidance on account access and recovery arrangements, with the business retaining control of its domain and accounts. Any move from an existing provider follows a separate migration plan.
Set up your company email
Send your domain name, the addresses you want and details of your current email provider, if you have one. We review access and explain the account options, setup scope and separate license charges. Existing messages and shared account requirements are considered before any move is agreed.
Once the plan is approved, we configure the new mailboxes and domain settings, then provide the agreed access guidance. We check the new setup with you and identify any further work needed. Migration timing and any expected interruption are confirmed within the migration proposal.
Before we start
Are Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace licenses included?
No. Paid subscriptions are separate unless the quote states otherwise. Our website packages include their stated number of basic business mailboxes. We can review whether those meet your needs before recommending another platform.
Can I keep my old messages?
We review the existing provider, account access and mailbox format first. Moving old email is separately scoped and priced. Additional mailboxes, storage and platform features are also confirmed before you commit.
