Trucking Website Maintenance and Updates

Keep your website current while you handle the operation. Hosting, routine updates and checks are included, with monthly time for small changes to your pages.

Keep the details right

A new service area, a different dispatch number or an updated driver application can leave a website out of date. Our trucking website maintenance plans cover agreed content changes alongside routine attention to the platform your site runs on. We review an existing website before taking it on so we can confirm its platform, access requirements and any problems that need separate repair. From there, we agree the regular work and identify the pages and functions that matter most to your business.

A carrier adding a dedicated route may need its service-area information reviewed across several pages, while a new dispatch phone number could appear in the header, footer and contact page. A recruiting change might affect the careers page and its linked inquiry form. Keeping these details consistent helps prevent visitors from relying on outdated information. Platform maintenance has a different purpose: compatible software updates, backup arrangements and checks of agreed functions help address technical upkeep.

An update may need compatibility review before installation, especially when a site uses custom plugins or integrations. Scheduled checks can find visible problems, but they are not the same as continuous monitoring or unlimited repairs.

What your plan covers

Hosting and backups

Managed hosting, SSL and scheduled website backups are included. Hosting questions come through the same service, so you have one place to ask for help.

Routine platform updates

We apply updates appropriate to the supported website and its platform. The initial review helps us identify dependencies that need a different approach.

Key function checks

Scheduled checks cover agreed website functions, such as your contact form. We flag issues that need attention and explain the next step.

Minor content changes

Send updated wording, contact details or replacement photos. Website Care includes 30 minutes each month; Care Plus provides 90 minutes in total.

Send the change. Know the scope.

Tell us what needs updating and supply the final information or image. We review the request against your allowance, confirm any questions and make the agreed change. Care Plus also includes an agreed monthly change list for businesses with more regular updates. Your team can send requests without needing to make technical changes inside the website themselves.

If a request involves a new page, a different design or work beyond the plan, we price it before starting. That keeps a simple content update separate from a larger project and gives you the choice of when to proceed.

Before we start

Can unused editing time carry over?

No. The allowance applies to that month's service. If you regularly need more time, we can review the plan or quote a defined set of changes.

Does the plan cover every website problem?

New pages, redesigns, major repairs and emergency recovery are separate. Outside systems and business email are also excluded. Websites purchased through our packages keep their own care terms and editing allowances.
