Accessibility statement for this website

This statement applies to truckerdigital.com. We aim to make the site usable by as many people as possible and use WCAG 2.2 level AA as our accessibility benchmark.

Our accessibility standard

Trucker Digital is a trading name of BOX4 DIGITAL GROUP LTD. Our target for this website is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at level AA.

WCAG covers issues such as keyboard access, text alternatives, colour contrast, focus visibility, form labelling, page structure, zoom and reflow. Meeting the standard is not established by an automated score alone. Some success criteria need manual review and testing with assistive technology.

This statement does not claim full WCAG 2.2 AA conformance unless a current assessment supports that conclusion. Where we identify a barrier, we will review it against the relevant criterion and the practical impact on users.

How we assess accessibility

Our approach combines automated checks with manual testing where the issue cannot be judged reliably by software. Useful manual checks include completing key journeys with a keyboard, checking visible focus order, reviewing headings and labels, testing zoom and reflow, and using a screen reader on representative pages.

You can also use our free accessibility checker to run an axe-core WCAG scan against a public page. Automated results are useful for finding detectable failures, but they should be treated as evidence to investigate rather than a complete accessibility audit.

For a fuller assessment of another website, see our WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility audit.

Known limitations and third-party content

The free checker tools on this site fetch and analyse a website URL supplied by the visitor. Results may include technical information derived from the third-party page being tested. We can control how our own results interface is presented, but we cannot make the source website itself accessible.

External websites linked from truckerdigital.com are also outside our control. A link to another site does not mean its content meets our accessibility target.

If we discover a limitation in our own site that has a meaningful effect on access, this statement should be updated with the affected content, the nature of the problem and any available alternative.

Feedback and accessibility help

If you find a part of this website difficult to use, email [email protected] or call 0208 088 8371. Tell us the page you were using, what you were trying to do and, if useful, the browser or assistive technology involved. Do not send sensitive information that is not needed to explain the barrier.

The Equality Act 2010 includes duties relating to reasonable adjustments for disabled people in the provision of services. The Equality and Human Rights Commission publishes current guidance for service providers, and the Equality Advisory and Support Service provides information and advice about equality and human rights issues.

About this statement and accessibility statements for other sites

This statement was prepared on 1 October 2026 for truckerdigital.com. It should be reviewed when the site changes materially and when accessibility testing identifies new information that users need to know.

GOV.UK guidance for public sector bodies recommends that accessibility statements be based on actual testing and clearly state any known non-accessible content. Although that specific public sector statement format does not automatically apply to every private business website, the principle of publishing accurate, test-based information is useful.

If you need a statement for your own website, our Accessibility Statement service is based on a real scan of the site and includes publication and update guidance. See also our website accessibility guidance and WCAG 2.2 overview.
